You may cancel your subscription at any time.
If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No further payments will be taken after cancellation.
Payments already made for the current billing period are non-refundable.
All courses are delivered digitally and are available immediately after purchase.
Due to the instant access provided to digital content, all course purchases are final and are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Mentoring sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, may result in the session being forfeited.
If Subtone Music Academy needs to reschedule a session, an alternative date and time will be arranged.
If you experience any problems accessing your subscription, course or purchased content, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
